SHIPPING POLICY

Free Priority Shipping — Loss and Theft Protection

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Every parcel is sent as a tracked priority shipment and is covered by our loss and theft protection: if your parcel is lost or stolen in transit, we replace it free of charge.

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• United Kingdom: 3 to 6 business days
• United States and Canada: 5 to 9 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days

Every order is tracked and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. In case of a delay, our customer service is available at info@luvebrand.eu.

Changing the delivery address

Once an order is in transit, we can no longer change the destination address. If you need an address change, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@luvebrand.eu.

Cancellations and address errors

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipping. We recommend submitting your request within 12 hours of purchase. Once the product has shipped, please refer to our refund policy for any refund request.

Please check your address carefully before completing your order. An address correction is only possible while the order is still being processed. Luvé cannot be held responsible for orders returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Parcels damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we advise you to refuse the delivery and notify our customer service immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, contact us at info@luvebrand.eu with photos of the product and the packaging.
